The team includes members having experience in baseband video, digital video, information and technology, interactive multimedia, web and mobile media.

Our team has been one of the first in India to produce a video for mobile phones way back in the year 2001-2002.

The company is promoted by an IIT Roorkee alumnus having more than 25+ years of hardcore technology background and is involved in affordable and innovative technology development. He has been instrumental in creating low-cost solutions for ENG (Electronic News Gathering), news aggregation, processing production, and distribution solution. He has further developed and patented a new revolutionary broadband-based TV distribution technology for closed community and location-independent broadcast.

Since its existence, the company has created a large pool of satisfied clients. Mr. Rakesh Gupta, as the Director, has the mandate to navigate Multivirt advancement into digital media technologies. He brings vast experience in system integration for the broadcast industry. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25+ years of experience in the high tech multimedia industry. Rakesh's extensive experience in the broadcast industry business makes him the pivot of the company's R&D. His wealth of experience fused with regular market interaction enables him to lead the company's innovation drive successfully.

Based out of the corporate headquarters in New Delhi he also continues to lead various teams focused around digital video

He founded Multivirt in 1995 and has successfully helmed it since then. Under his reliable guidance, the company successfully operates in multiple visual computing model(s) in the broadcast, cable TV, embedded technologies.

Rakesh is an alumnus of the Electronic and Communication graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India.

Before forming Multivirt, Rakesh has worked as R & D head for USHA India Private Limited, where he has successfully served the broadcast industry.

Mrs. Vandana Gupta is a computer engineering graduate and brings valuable work experience in software product development. She heads the software product development team and leads the OOHMP (Out Of Home Media Platform) architecture and NAAD (News Aggregation and Distribution)

She has excellent technical and project management skills, with over 20+ years' experience in the IT industry. She has played various technical and managerial roles that include Design/Development of financial software, Systems Integration, Solution Architecture, Project and Program Management, etc.

As Head of the software product development at Multivirt, Vandana is responsible for product development and delivery. Her mandate is to ensure success in the global product delivery model.

Before joining Multivirt, Vandana worked with CMC, CashTech, and Nexgenix.

In 2009, we filed for our patents in Digital Signage. It was granted to us. Since then, we have accepted the challenge of building products for the media industry or video-centric activity.
